The Team

Mercury cares a lot about its people. The Mercury People Team is made up of passionate people professionals who know that any good business strategy needs an equally strong people strategy to support it. We are problem solvers, thought partners, cross-functional collaborators, and advocates for our company and our employees.

What roles make up a People Team?

We are a team made up of recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, operations, business partners, compensation analysts, and leaders. We hire and support incredibly talented people, develop and educate, and facilitate the candidate experience.

How does your team stay connected when working remotely?

It's not every day you get to work with a team you enjoy spending time with, and we are very grateful for that. In addition to our (very) active team Slack channel and regular meeting cadence, we take turns planning a monthly virtual team event, celebrate big life events with one another, and travel to get together for big team offsites twice a year.

When we are not enjoying in-person team bonding, We work and live in San Francisco, Austin, Seattle, Burlington, New York, Traverse City, San Diego, Los Angeles, Mobile, and more!

How does your team promote personal and career growth?

Weekly 1:1's, Leadership Coaching, Performance Reviews twice a year, Weekly company all-hands. Career growth is a fluid discussion tailored to each unique individual.
