Tati is a pioneering pet care app that revolutionizes the way we care for our furry friends. It provides a comprehensive platform connecting pet owners and subsequent healthcare services such as veterinary clinics, grooming saloons, zoo shops & instructors for better decision-making and pets’ well-being.

### **Project Overview**

GOODBOOKS is a mobile application designed to provide a user-friendly interface for customers to browse and purchase books online. The app aims to enhance user experience by offering personalized recommendations, easy navigation, and a seamless checkout process.

### **Challenge**

The main challenge was to create an app with reliable and enjoyable book shopping experience where users can find books easily and quickly according to their needs.

### **Empathize**

First, I conducted a competitive analysis and then interviewed potential users to gain insight into their motivation and pain points. The aim of this initial phase of research was to find out how people find and purchase books and what were the most important factors that influenced their decision when purchasing a book.

* Users prefer a personalized experience based on their reading history and interests

* Users value social proof. Including social proof features such as ratings, reviews, and social sharing can help increase user trust and drive sales

* Users want detailed book information such as plot summaries, author biographies, and customer reviews

* Sampling books can drive the purchase

### **Usability Testing**

Using these wireframes, I conducted usability testing with 5 participants. The objective of this test was to Identify areas of the app that required a change to improve user performance and satisfaction.

With the provided feedback I implemented some changes.
