We’re seeking an experienced interaction designer and critical thinker to join our growing fantasy games team. This person will lead design across a number of new sports picks games on both Web and App. They will be focused on delivering entertaining, dynamic, and engaging experiences that our sports fans are as passionate and invested in as we are.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our cross-functional team to develop and refine features. This includes user flows, screen flows, wireframes, visual designs, sketches, prototyping, and developer specs.

• Design, create and evolve our growing suite of games products.

• Communicate and present your work, aligning stakeholders and explaining your creative process

• Maintain and contribute to a scalable design system.

• Work closely with the marketing team when needed to support design initiatives.

• Be autonomous and take full ownership of your work every step of the way.

Basic Qualifications:

• You have 5+ years of experience working on consumer-facing products. You have a portfolio or PDF to reflect that work.

• You have experience working in a consumer-facing cross-functional team.

• Strong understanding of UX best practices and Digital Game Mechanics.

• You have a solid visual design sense and clean command over interaction design, typography, and usability.

• You have experience collaborating, iterating, and testing with Product and Engineering to discover solutions that exceed user expectations.

• A passion for sports and gaming is always a plus!
