As co-founder and CEO of Catch, I raised $20M from top Silicon Valley investors to pursue our vision of building a safety net not tethered to employers. We built an app used by tens of thousands of independent contractors to manage tax withholding and payments, retirement investment, and health insurance enrollment.
In 2023, I sold the company.
My role included: growth, product, customer experience, finance, operations, compliance, and people. I hired and managed more than 60 people.
As the first hire at Futurefuel.io, I led customer acquisition of the first 1,000 customers and built the MVP. I managed an engineering and design team of 8 and built a product facilitating employer matching benefits to pay down student loans.
I owned a portfolio of fintech innovation projects designed to help underserved populations build assets: including rainy day savings, tax time savings (VITA), technology and app development, and public policy advocacy. I managed a team of 3 project leads.
I provided consulting and training to Fortune 500 companies on building innovation capacity inside enterprise. I was an associate responsible for project delivery and implementation on multi-million dollar consulting projects.
