Work Experience
In the Learning & Development department at Bank OZK, my role focuses on leveraging diverse media channels to enhance the company's brand, policies, and procedures. I contribute by designing, producing, and formatting a variety of graphic and digital projects. I also assist the team in generating and implementing ideas that align with our business goals.
My role involved supporting the team with designing websites and other visual materials for a range of commercial real estate projects.
As a versatile Graphic Designer, I was responsible for creating engaging visual content across various print and digital platforms. My expertise extended to the development of a diverse range of print collateral, including flyers, brochures, catalogs, banners, white papers, and trade show materials, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence.
In addition to print, I skillfully designed web and email layouts, crafting visually appealing user experiences that effectively communicated the brand's message. My responsibilities also encompassed the creation of captivating social media graphics that resonated with target audiences and elevated the brand's online presence. Throughout my tenure, I consistently collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that met client objectives and exceeded expectations.
As a designer, my focus was on high-end conceptual design. I created campaigns, developed brand identities, designed trade show booths, and crafted direct mailers, catalogs, and other collateral. I also worked on revisions for various projects that were already in production, including direct mail, catalogs, brochures, and more.
I was also involved in the creative process, providing assistance to other members of the team as needed. With my experience and expertise, I always looked for ways to improve and enhance our designs.
As an Art Department Manager, I oversaw creative and production projects, supervised a team handling photography, social media, and production, and managed my own graphic design tasks. My responsibilities included product photography, branding, product packaging, high-volume catalog production, and creating magazine ads, ensuring a cohesive and effective visual identity for the company.
