Projects
After some research with users to find usability problems in our product comparison table, we decided to design a new version of the table to solve the problems found.
I was responsible for the redesign of Discover MFE, a component used by Dell customers to facilitate the search for the desired server.
I was the designer responsible for the idealization of Mercado Pago's new e-commerce platform manager.
I designed a carousel of new images to introduce the Mercado Pago checkout to the customers of the Wix platform.
I was the product designer responsible for the project, from organizing the roadmap and investigation to designing screens and testing.

In the Infrastructure Solutions Group at Dell.com, I am in charge of the design of numerous experiences. I built several new experiences and redesigned other products using constant user research, quantitative data, and active engagement with product, development, marketing, and business teams to provide the greatest possible experience to Dell's thousands of consumers. Among my accomplishments are:
- I redesigned the Discover MFE on the ISG Category page and we achieved a significant increase in click and exposure metrics.
- I redesigned the Compare Table MFE on the ISG Franchise page and we were able to make an impact on interaction metrics. After the redesign, customers began to interact more and better with the product.
- I was the visual designer for the new Data Protection page
- I'm working on a repository of micro front-ends in Figma, simulating a library of components, to promote improvements and standardization between the various ISG pages.
- I'm responsible for onboarding new professionals to the team
I worked on Checkout and Platforms team. I was the designer responsible for the Platforms Administrator product in Mercado Pago. I was ahead of the dropshipping and small-medium business discovery project, extensive research with sellers that served to understand this public better and think of solutions for our products.
At the moment, I am a specialist teacher and teach some specific classes. I worked as a generalist UX teacher in a class of 30 students. I taught product design, user experience, user research, visual design, among other subjects. In addition, I had to follow the development of the students for 6 months through group and individual mentoring.
UX Designer on the Operation Design team, working on the creation of Via Varejo's design system and the definition of standards, tools and ceremonies for the design team.
UX Designer on the Design System team. I worked on the iBanking team and was responsible for the design and documentation of the web components.
UX Researcher at the Operation Research team. I did usability testing, guerrilla testing, quantitative research, assisted in a large ethnographic research with PagSeguro's clients and was a research consultant in projects of other designers of the team.
UX Researcher on the Research team. I did usability testing, facilitated focus groups, recruited participants, wrote research scripts and reports.
