About

UX Design Lead at WHILL Inc | MBA at Imperial College London

With eight years of experience across Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, Stadium, Broadcasting, Mobility, Finance, and Public sectors, I've built a strong foundation as a service and product designer at Panasonic Japan. Later, I restructured the Panasonic Design Centre Europe in London, establishing a robust B2B service design foundation for SCM sectors and leading the team as a Design Director. Since 2022, I've been leading UX design at WHILL and contributing as a Planning Manager (Mobility Rental Service). My passion is to bring a creative perspective to business activities and create innovative personal mobility solutions and service platforms that give everyone the freedom to move and explore the world without limitations.
