Facilitated the design of the company’s ERP Software from inception until deployment. Directed UX efforts on data visualizations for a dashboard. Provided a structured and systemic design which increased employee and company efficiency. Collaborated cross-functionally with the Product manager and engineering team.
Increased brand’s E-Commerce website visit by 23% by redesigning the website to adapt to mobile devices and incorporating a modern look while sticking to the Client’s vision through rounds of iteration. Improved website retention rate and expanded business reach to customers by introducing a structured design hierarchy and reducing cognitive load.
