Work Experience
As Grof continues to grow, we are streamlining compliance and incorporation processes through our app. This not only simplifies the experience for users but also makes it easier for our internal team to process client applications efficiently.
My responsibilities include leading the end-to-end design process, from ideation to implementation, while collaborating with Product Manager, cross-functional leaders, and engineers to solve user challenges and meet business goals.
I contribute to the new onboarding process for both user and the service team.
Grof offers digital corporate secretarial and accounting services for over 2,000 founders in Singapore and Malaysia. It helps SMEs streamline compliance, manage legal documentation, handle accounting and tax compliance, and ensure seamless regulatory filing.
I was working on the first version of the onboarding (KYB and KYC) process, Cards, and Transfer. I also collaborate with Product Manager, Engineers and Marketing.
Side Projects
Notion is a powerful tool that can help boost your productivity. I've created templates to help people organize tasks, showcase portfolios, plan vacations, and build journaling habits. The templates are available on Gumroad, leading to 100+ sales.

Volunteering
Dealls is a job-seeking platform in Indonesia that also supports a mentoring community of over 3K people sharing their career and academic experiences.
As a mentor, I have conducted 10+ sessions, helping fresh graduates and career-switching designers improve their resumes, portfolios, and interview preparation. I also share insights and experiences from my career in the design industry.
The Creative Economy Agency (BEKRAF) organized the CodingMum program in several cities across Indonesia. As the name suggests, the program is designed to introduce mothers to basic web programming.
Alongside 3 other mentors, I taught 20 mums the fundamentals of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS throughout 8 weekly sessions. By the end of the program, each participant successfully created a simple landing page.
