**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Head of Engineering / CTO to lead our remote development team. This could begin as a part-time role or a full-time role and will be on a contract basis until we find the right fit. The role will allow you to jump into leading engineering teams, creating documentation, **getting your hands dirty in code,** and building at the fastest pace you ever have at an early-stage hyper-growth startup.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our engineering team offerings and make a significant impact on our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development, with a focus on B2B SaaS products and a passion for building products that people love. The candidate should be a self-starter with a "get things done" attitude, ready to lead and lay the foundation of the engineering organization at Valley.

**Being in NYC & willing to work hybrid is required.** We will be hiring key team members in NYC moving forward. The engineering team is remote but working EST hours.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product to join our team. This could begin as a part-time role or a full-time role and will be on a contract basis until we find the right fit. The role will allow you to jump into Product Management, Product Design, and Product Marketing arenas in an early-stage hyper-growth startup. 

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our product offerings and make a significant impact on our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management & design, with a focus on B2B SaaS products and a passion for building products that people love. The candidate should be a self-starter with a "get things done" attitude, ready to lead and lay the foundation of the product organization at Valley.

**Being in NYC and willing to work hybrid is a Major PLUS** but not required. 

**Responsibilities:**

* Define and execute product strategy and roadmap, setting high-level goals for business growth and product success.

* Work closely with the engineering, design, and marketing teams to launch new features and enhancements.

* Conduct market research to identify customer needs and business opportunities.

* Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research.

* Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.

* Define and analyze metrics to guide product development.

* Communicate product plans, benefits and results to all stakeholders.

* Collaborate closely with the founders to bring the product vision to life and to our users.

* Lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

**Qualifications:**

* Experience in product lifecycle management.

* Background in software development and program management is preferred.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

* Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Attention to details.

* Experience with conversion rate analysis, product-led growth, and usage-based pricing is a plus.

* Familiarity with AI and ML technologies is desirable.
