Analytics Specialist - Mixpanel/CustomerIO/Segment

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Analytics Specialist to join our Data Analysis team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diving deep into our event data within Mixpanel, CustomerIO, and Segment, analyzing user interactions, and providing insights that will guide our analytics strategies. This role involves creating and managing event tracking, developing analytical frameworks, and working closely with the product and marketing teams to optimize user experience and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior and customer journeys across our platforms using Mixpanel, CustomerIO, and Segment.

• Design and implement new event tracking solutions to capture relevant data points across user interactions.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into user behaviors, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

• Work closely with the product and marketing teams to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

• Proven experience with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, CustomerIO, and Segment.

• Strong understanding of event tracking, data analysis, and visualization techniques.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
