About Mobbin

Mobbin is on a mission to inspire & empower the world to design better digital experiences. We are building the world's most useful UI/UX design reference library that helps product designers, product managers and UX researchers find highly-relevant references to their design problems.

Founded in 2018, we've grown to over 600,000 registered users & 150,000 MAUs through word of mouth and organic growth. Today, Mobbin is used by some of the world’s most design-forward companies and startups, including Duolingo, Revolut, Headspace, Work & Co, Blinkist, and more.

The Role

Our team is dedicated to creating and shaping world-class experiences for our customers (product designers like you!). As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be able to have a huge impact on the overall direction of Mobbin and shape the future of design together with our users and teammates. We’re looking for candidates who are self-motivated and ambitious, with experience in shipping high-quality products quickly and iteratively.

About you

  • User-obsessed. You keep the user experience and journey central in your design thinking process, and spend as much time thinking about “why” as you do “how.”

  • High level of craftsmanship. You have excellent craft and attention to detail, understanding how small nuances interact to create a seamless, intuitive design.

  • Systems thinking. You’ll build the foundation for our design systems and patterns, laying the tools and processes in place for future designers at Mobbin.

  • Collaborative. You’ll work closely with our team members from other domains, as well as our users, to help define our product roadmap and contribute to our growth through experimentation and optimization.

  • Adaptable. You’re adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment. You embrace iteration and work with pace, bringing vision and direction in the midst of ambiguity.

What you'll do...

  • Work across the entire design stack, including speccing projects together with a product lead; conducting research; designing workflows and building pixel-perfect designs; and working with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.

  • Architect and own the design systems, visual identity, and user experience from the ground-up to scale with our product and team.

  • Work closely with product & engineering to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges.

  • Partner with our users to test concepts and synthesize feedback for our product & engineering team.

  • Lead design reviews and share your work with leadership and relevant stakeholders.

You should…

  • Have 5+ years of relevant product design experience at a tech, product-driven company.

  • Have strong product sensibility & interest in building insanely great software products.

  • Have excellent visual & interaction design skills with an incredible eye for detail and aesthetics.

  • Have experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and effectively communicating your process and design to stakeholders outside of design.

  • Have high degree of competence with Figma.

  • Be familiar with working in small teams at early stage startups.

  • [Bonus] Be an avid user of Mobbin!
