Description

Limbic’s mission is to ensure the highest quality therapy is accessible to everyone, everywhere. The way we do that is by deploying AI responsibly, using it to augment clinical care and reduce barriers to accessing therapy at scale. Limbic is already used in over 25% of Talking Therapies in the NHS and is deemed safe and effective after successfully gaining UKCA Class IIa certification, the only AI mental health decision support tool to do so.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part for our Design team, shaping the direction of our in-therapy product.

What you'll be working on:

  • Drive engineering (product and science) towards shippable solutions to a given problem and work towards a clear proposal through multiple iterations.

  • Turning user research into high fidelity designs and improving existing implementations

  • Deliver high-quality mockups and visuals

  • Collaborate closely with engineering to keep track of implementation, maintain app quality, find bugs, and provide reproduction paths

  • Continuously validate the user satisfaction of shipped solutions and look for low-effort improvements with the highest impact

You should apply if:

  • You're excited by our vision at Limbic.

  • You believe in the company and want to grow with us.

  • You believe the mental health industry needs better data and can be disrupted.

  • You can move fast and get stuff done

  • You’re ready to apply your clinical knowledge to help Limbic navigate the healthcare landscape.

  • You want to see your work being used in the real world, benefitting people’s lives.

Limbic is an equal opportunity employer and particularly encourages applications from women and minorities.
