We work remotely, so everyone is working differently and we work very flexibly to accommodate everyone's working style.

On Monday mornings we kick the week off with a team all hands, and have weekly product meetings to discuss the status of things. Other than that, we try and clear everyone's schedule from 11am onwards so makers can spend time making things, instead of being disturbed with meetings at random times in the day.

The CEO at one point ran a project called "buy my face" where they raised money by selling marketing on their faces. They were published in over 300 media outlets.
