Why is this role important?

As a Design Engineer at Attio you will take ownership of the marketing site and support our growth-related initiatives to drive new user acquisition.

We are particularly interested in hearing from:

  • Engineers with experience building elegant and performant public-facing websites

  • Engineers with a portfolio of work showcasing well designed marketing sites, engaging microsites, webgl experiments and anything interesting!

You will join our Growth Team and focus on driving new user acquisition through

What are the role requirements?

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Own the marketing site roadmap []

  • Build the frontend architecture for the marketing site; enabling pixel-perfect implementation alongside Attio’s design team

  • Implement beautiful & performant designs across devices using React, Typescript, CSS, Remix and Tailwind

  • Consider SEO, accessibility, marketing, and users on the roadmap

  • Collaborate through excellent written communication, supporting a growing team

What does the hiring process look like?
