Projects

2024

For Isabel Group, we developed a unified marketing website to consolidate various independent sites into one cohesive platform, making it easier for potential clients to access information. At Craftzing, we handled the entire process, from strategy, UX to UI design and development.

As lead front-end developer, I ensured the website was built with flexibility in mind, setting up DatoCMS so the client could easily manage and create pages themselves. I focused on accessibility (a11y) and performance optimization to deliver a seamless and fast experience for users. The site was built using React (Next.js), SCSS, and DatoCMS, ensuring a modern, maintainable, and high-performing solution for the client.

Test Mode Generator at Craftzing

For Melexis, we created an internal Test Mode Generator (TMG) aimed at enhancing the efficiency and speed of writing test suites for microchips.

As a front-end developer, I worked closely with UI designers and UX designers, collaborating to create an intuitive and seamless user experience. I used React (Next.js), Radix Themes, CSS, and Firebase to build a robust, high-performance platform. Performance optimization was a key priority, and the tool significantly improved testing efficiency while streamlining internal processes, helping accelerate product development and reduce time-to-market.

2023

I contributed to the development of Craftzing it’s company website, ensuring a modern, responsive, and user-friendly experience. The website was built using React (Next.js) for a smooth, dynamic interface, Dato CMS for easy content management, and PostCSS for styling. Storybook was used for component-driven development, ensuring consistency across the platform. As a frontender, I’ve also been responsible for ongoing maintenance and updates throughout my career at Craftzing, ensuring the website stays current and functional while adapting to evolving business needs.

2023

For meemoo, we developed a digital archive platform where users can consume digitized content along with its metadata. The platform integrates seamlessly with the existing meemoo infrastructure to provide a wide range of content, accessible both online and through kiosks located at content partner locations. As a front-end developer, I was responsible for creating an intuitive and engaging user interface using React (Next.js), ensuring optimal performance and usability across devices. Additionally, I leveraged Storybook for component-driven development, ensuring consistency and ease of collaboration. The platform not only allows users to explore valuable content but also enhances the digital experience through a responsive and user-friendly design.

For this project, we designed and developed an innovative online boundless universe experience that seamlessly integrates randomly generated imagery, video, and text content, offering a unique and immersive browsing experience. The website acts as a dynamic, interactive platform, reflecting the spirit and avant-garde aesthetic of the Raf Simons brand. As a creative front-end developer, I played a key role in building the front-end, utilizing technologies such as React (Gatsby) for optimal performance, Craft CMS for content management, Framer Motion for smooth animations, and WebGL (Three.js) to enhance the interactive visual elements. The project combines cutting-edge web technologies to create a visually stunning and engaging user experience that blurs the boundaries between design and digital interaction.

2022

A project for FedNot that involved building an interactive map to visualize real estate prices across different regions in Belgium. The map provides users with an intuitive way to explore the average property prices and trends, helping both real estate professionals and the general public. As a front-end developer, I focused on creating a seamless and engaging user experience, integrating dynamic data visualizations and interactive map features. The project was developed using React (Next.js), Leaflet, and d3.js, ensuring smooth performance and interactivity for a responsive and insightful platform.

An innovative interactive footwear comparison table, developed for Nike, that reacts to shoes placed on it, allowing customers to explore and compare Nike’s footwear collection in an immersive way. Currently displayed at the Nike flagship store in Seoul, the table offers an engaging, tech-driven experience, seamlessly integrating hardware with digital content to enhance the in-store shopping journey. As a Creative Developer, I contributed to building the project using React, Framer Motion, and WebGL (Pixi.js), focusing on delivering a dynamic and visually appealing user experience.
