Work Experience
Led the end-to-end UX design of a new referral feature for Sonar’s student web app to achieve early-stage customer acquisition and successfully rolled out the feature to all users. Solo-designed the Sonar Ambassador website and delivered all web and mobile designs to the engineering team in 2 weeks.
Performed a design audit on CuraLinc's 10+ products and led a team-wide seminar on best practices of design systems to advocate the significance of establishing one to improve user experience and internal work efficiency. Conducted 7 usability testings on 30+ screens and brought clarity to the team of opportunities to improve visual consistency and usability through high-fi mockups.
Designed and tested a new AI note-review feature for Knowunity, Europe’s fastest-growing edTech startup, to increase user engagement and growth in the US market; gained 98% user satisfaction rate on the 10 usability testings conducted. Led weekly meetings with UX designers and product managers to align user needs with business results.
Collaborated with developers and data analysts to analyze website bounce rate, click rate, and conversion rate using Google Analytics to identify significant opportunities for improvement and growth. Worked with graphic designer and marketing team to redesign brand typography, colors, and other visual elements to strengthen brand identity and achieve a more innovative, delightful user experience.
