Joined the design team supporting and designing the Credit One Bank mobile app with more than 10 million users in the US and a new application for CD and savings accounts.

Led the design project for the Apple Watch and worked closely with the VPs and other stakeholders.

Established and directed the discipline of product design, implementing all key processes including design thinking workshops and user research. Collaborated with stakeholders to prioritize features and contributed to marketing design initiatives.

Helped the product grow from 4,000 to 12,000+ users in less than 1 year, resulting in 3x growth YoY.

Increased Net Promoter Score to 44 by reducing some major usability issues which resulted in decrease of Detractors percentage.

Worked closely with the Head of Product and other stakeholders, including the engineering team, to drive product development. Led customer interviews, conducted data research, and contributed to design improvement and enhanced both growth rate and customer satisfaction.

Was responsible for creating and maintaining the design culture as the only designer at the team, including marketing assets, websites and the main product. Collaborated closely with the CEO, CTO, and the rest of the founding team to align design efforts with strategic goals.

Elevated user interface designs and overall app experience through working on Community, Personal Portfolio and other parts and products of the platform.
