Work Experience

2022 — Now
Latam

I currently serve as the Product Design Director at an innovative impact incubator, where I play a pivotal role in shaping and bringing to life a wide array of projects. My responsibilities span the entire design spectrum, from conceptualization to execution and testing. I wear many hats, including ideating basic understanding for the products we create as well as structuring their basic implementation to take from 0 to 1: crafting product PRDs, providing digital art direction and guiding on the execution process of UI and UX. A significant part of my role involves orchestrating seamless collaboration between our design and tech teams to ensure that each product aligns with its unique narrative. In addition to my coordination duties, I actively review and restructure the work of our agile team, offering coaching and guidance to help them reach their full potential.

I started my very first design studio, where we were all about creating awesome digital experiences for projects that make a difference, especially in the web3 and blockchain space. We took on a mix of quick solo projects and longer-term collaborations, teaming up with cool incubators, protocols, and fellow entrepreneurs. At the studio, I co-led a crew of 20 talented designers, sharing the creative director role with my partner.

During my time at Mobomo, I deep dived into product design. I collaborated closely with the development team and an experienced leader, which allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire product development process, covering everything from initial ideation to quality assurance. Despite my deep dive into product design, I never lost sight of my background in visual design. On multiple occasions, I found myself providing digital art direction and working on website design to ensure that the visual aspect of projects remained an integral part of our work.

2013 — 2019

I had the fantastic opportunity to teach a morphology practical course in the Graphic Design program at FADU UBA. I started as a newcomer while pursuing my own degree there. It was an incredible experience to learn from some brilliant minds who not only excelled in the field of design but also delved into its theoretical aspects. Over a few years, I progressed to the role of a professor, which I enjoyed for four years. Then, life took me in a different direction, and I had to relocate abroad, which unfortunately meant saying goodbye to my teaching position.

2019 — 2019

As Gonni's first design hire, I had a blast collaborating with them because we shared a common vision of creating products that not only excelled from a visual and sensory perspective but also delivered outstanding functionality. My role focused on enhancing user experiences and user interface design for proof-of-concept (PoC) products, all while giving our digital projects a fresh visual identity and crafting branding guidelines.

2016 — 2018
Graphic Designer at SCH studio
Buenos Aires

At SCH Studio, I played an integral design role, encompassing various aspects of the design process. This included creating brand identities for clients across Latin America, directing the visual elements of campaigns, working on key visuals, designing packaging, and developing web designs for a range of clients, including established brands like Coca-Cola. This experience also taught me the valuable skill of time management as I had to effectively multitask and balance multiple projects.
