Work Experience
I have been a collaborator at Torrestir since 2012 and have had the opportunity to work in several departments, including comercial sales suporte, helpdesk, socialnetwork management, and warehouse operational, which has allowed me to acquire a deep understanding of the company's business model. Currently, I am responsible for managing clients in the automotive industrie at Torrestir Transitários, which involves establishing and maintaining trusted relationships and providing personalized and high-quality service.
Throughout my journey at the company, I have always been dedicated to learning and improving my skills to offer the best possible service to clients. My experience in different areas of the company has enabled me to understand clients' needs and has made me capable of finding creative solutions to meet their demands.
Evolution! I had the opportunity to perform maintenance on the company's computer park, which included activities such as diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and installing operating systems and applications, managing networks, among others. Additionally, I also provided internal support to users, addressing requests and resolving incidents related to technology.
During my internship, I developed essential technical skills, as well as improved my time management and problem-solving abilities. The experience provided me with an in-depth understanding of a company's IT infrastructure needs and allowed me to apply the knowledge gained in practice.
