About
Hey 👋, after building Kairn.app a delightful project management app, I decided to start a solo adventure as a freelancer helping great teams build delicious products. From product growth (PLG), marketing (microcopy), to strategy (roadmap reviews and processes), I help teams build the product you'll love.
When am not on Figma (or Framer), find me close to the ocean - surfing / kiting / diving.
Projects
The delightful project management app. We believed there was a more human way of doing project management, one where your projects update according to what you've planned for you day, not how your manager moves the cards around. So we built the app thinking first about our users - how to optimise their days - building an award winning task management app. And then we connected it with team features that enabled you to work as a team, with projects automatically updating as each member was progressively working on items on their own time.
After close to 3years of work, thousands of delighted users, powerful integrations, we decided to close down. Why? because productivity is incredibly personal, and as such, the tool that fitted one person of the team to optimise their day was greatly different to what their colleagues needed. As such, it was impossible to build a project management app that fitted with each person's personal preferences for their own daily productivity tool. We understood why project management is always a top-down approach, with the manager pushing the tool to everyone. Because each person's productive way is different, the tool that works for all will never perfectly fit them all. We didn't want to become a top down tool focused on managers' needs so we decided to stop.
I managed the startup programs from the Schoolab helping 120 startups go from idea to market - from Station F program Pepite Starter IDF, to scale up programs. We advised them on product (building their vision - MVP - tests and looping back to improvements) / financing / marketing / ops.
Project at Le Wagon to build an app to help chronic disease patient by connecting them to a community of fellow patients and doctors to ask their questions.
We took on a light and positive design (colourful / gradients / fun images / flipping cards to give a game sense) to help patient get answers to their day-to-day silly-or-not questions.
Built in 2 weeks by a small team of 4 as a bootcamp project.
Built MVPs and product concepts for corporate clients in the fintech / supply chain / e-commerce sectors for clients such as L'Oréal - UpGroup - Pernod Ricard - Kiloutou - Nespresso - Intersport
