I joined Kic after freelancing with them for a couple of months, taking charge of their Product Design department as a hands on design lead. Together with the Head of Engineering and Product, I established the Product Team function, introduced user research practices, and promoted a user-centric approach. Additionally, I implemented a design system and systematically redesigned the product whilst continuously working on enhancing the users first mile experience to improve acquisition and activation.

Jumped on board this wellness startup to help with their product design efforts, with a primary focus on improving their users first mile experience to boost customer acquisition whilst setting up their product design Figma library

Responsible for leading and executing the vision and design strategy for large cross-product design initiatives, whilst playing a key role in sharing Design Leadership responsibilities and elevating the design culture, practices and quality standards through example and mentoring.

Defining, elevating and leading the product design team, processes and Ops at Linktree whilst overseeing and leading design practices and strategy across the entire Core Product delivery group.

Responsible for scaling the design team and introducing design Ops, practices and strategy in close collaboration with the CCO & Co-founder for this fast growing start-up. Growing the product design team from 2 up to 10+ whilst introducing new hiring and onboarding processes.

As a single Senior Product Designer in this start-up my responsibility was to lead all design practices, strategy and execution for both PDF annotation and collaboration products across iOS, UWP and Web.

Leading the design team, in close collaborating with the founder and engineering team, for 6 months to bring their Web3, blockchain, decision making platform to life in a simple WebApp MVP. In my time here we managed to develop a simple MVP, launch a small separate blockchain charity voting WebApp on the side and start building the foundational Design System.

Worked for some of the leading agencies across the globe as a Digital Art Director & Designer; working on digital products and solutions for clients like McDonalds, ING, Australia Post, Vodafone, WestPac and Adairs.
