I'm a theoretical physics student studying in the UK with an interest in programming, writing, drawing, photography, and many other things! I'd like to go into theoretical particle physics research in the future.
I've done projects in many languages, like Rust, Go, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, etc. I'm always willing to learn a new language or stack for a project though, especially if it'll help me work faster and improve the program's performance.
I've been writing my blog for around 2.5 years now, and I can honestly say I've gotten pretty good at it. I think I have a fairly unique style and am good at explaining some relatively complex concepts in a simple way, at least if I understand them well enough. My interest in writing really started from English General Paper classes in 11th and 12th grade, and has only grown since. I also love reading others' blogs, and I'll often learn and draw inspiration from those who may know more about a topic than I do, and incorporate that into my own work. You can check out my blog at The Blog of Random!
As much of a science-y person as I am, I like to think I have a bit of an artsy side. That side of me tends to come out in my photography and drawing, both of which I've been doing for a long time. That doesn't mean they're very good, though, but I do think I'm improving over time. I haven't found/made a place to put my drawings just yet, so they're just sitting in my drawing book and on my hard drive, but my photography is up right now on Aperturic Focus.
I think most of the things I do would be "boring" to the normal person. I'm a bit introverted, and so I don't really have many social things that I do frequently. Plus, all the programming and physics stuff tends to go over people's heads. However, I also think that out of all the boring people you'll meet in the world, I'm the most interesting of all of them. So I guess you could say, I'm the most interesting boring person you've ever met!
