2020 — Now
Providence, RI
  • Led the design of 12+ projects in mobile, web, and embedded systems, mentoring associate designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Designed interfaces for medical products, including a cataract surgical console, heart valve implantation system, vagus nerve app, a screen-reader-friendly COVID test app, and more.

  • Managed the end-to-end design of 4 products, from concept to software development handoff resulting in project completion and FDA approval process.

  • Provided 5 developer-ready style guides & component libraries, 4 comprehensive user journey maps, information architectures, and wireframes, along with clickable prototypes.

2021 — 2022
North East Coast
  • Orchestrated and managed over 40 golf events in RI, MA, CT, NJ, and NY, attracting more than 500 participants in 2 golf seasons.

  • Led the design of a golf community app and liaised with 3 software developers to define the scope of app releases.

  • Launched 4 different Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to validate user needs and pain points and find product-market fit.

2019 — 2019
Seoul, KR
  • Spearheaded the product strategy and design of a parenting app, driving its successful launch and securing a significant seed investment from Bonangels Venture Capital.

  • Led weekly stand-ups with the Design Director and 3 developers to align design and address roadblocks, ensuring project alignment.

  • Generated an interview discussion guide and conducted 2 in-depth user interview sessions to gather feedback on the app design.

2018 — 2018
Providence, RI
  • Generated end-to-end user flows by designing information architecture and wireframes for an audio-based note-taking app for entrepreneurs and office workers.
