Work Experience
Redesigned the entire student learning experience across web and mobile, which included initial product discovery and strategy, rapid prototyping and testing, and creating dev-ready UI
Stood up and maintained a foundational design system for the entire app ecosystem that allowed us to move quicker and scale more efficiently
Helped a banking startup struggling to find product market fit go from 0 to 1 and pivot to an entirely new audience
Explored how a leading Web3 sports platform could better engage MLB fans in the offseason with a mix of digital and in person rewards
Worked collaboratively to iterate on core features for a new social wellness platform, while guiding the work of younger designers on the team
Led design efforts to reimagine the Adobe Lightroom top-of-funnel marketing experience via their website, including content mapping exercises, IA/Sitemap workshops, wireframing, and conceptual UI designs
Worked on streamlining existing functionality and designing new workflows for Adobe's IT Administration web tool
Led design efforts on consumer-facing and physician-facing Medtronic software
Led product design for our largest account, Optum Health, completely rebuilding an antiquated software stack for healthcare advocates. This included establishing new design processes, executing over 100 user testing sessions, engaging with more than 2/3s of our customer base, and launching the new platform all in 6 months
