Disclaimer: TRADE X closed its operations at the end of 2023, but I was able to contribute in several ways:

– designed a mobile app for internal workers, allowing them to access vehicle damages on-site and manage check-ins and check-outs;
– redesigned several flows with the potential goal of increasing retention and inventory, although this hasn't been implemented;
– updated the Home page for the Marketplace, considering marketing requirements;
– initiated design review hangouts with the developers and proposed the implementation of a pre-discovery stage in the design process for the team of me and 2 other designers.

was working with an in-house design team (with a focus on mobile apps) I contributed design solutions for 10+ startups and up-and-coming companies like RYAH, Planz, Mine'd, and Covve.

– plenty of design stuff for clients and internal users from ideation to implementation and further support,
– build a design system from scratch,
– learned and applied data to the design (thank you, Hotjar and Google Analytics),
– had an experience to hire and mentor junior designers.
