My role was to lead a team of mobile designers to deliver a consistent app experience across all consolidated features with new native mobile capabilities and in alignment with the desktop and web product teams.

Designing the app surfaces architecture
This was my biggest priority and done in partnership with the desktop experience design lead. Together we crafted a cross-platform architecture that led with mobile design patterns and scaled up to web and desktop experiences. Our architecture documentation served as the foundation for all product teams to ensure a consistent underlying IA and UI surfaces approach.
