Case
iTel Alert is used by companies such as NS, Siemens and the Red Cross to quickly summon emergency staff in the event of incidents, facilitate internal communication via walkie-talkies and activate protocols. The current application is outdated but active at many companies but is logically only used during incidents. The main focus of the redesign was therefore on making the existing functionalities more intuitive so that every user immediately understands what needs to be done, even when under enormous stress and pressure.
