Led the end-to-end product design process for efforts geared towards improving discovery, storytelling and loyalty experiences for brands across the News & Culture portfolio.

Highlights:

  • Established the live-publishing content capability for Condé Nast's publishing platform, used by brands across the global portfolio. When compared with traditional coverage, live-published stories showed an average increase of 300+% in UVs and 160+% in time spent.

  • Unified the podcast experience across brands globally, to increase discoverability and bring a key off-platform touchpoint into the O&O space. Increased UVs to podcast pages by an average of 30+%.

  • Redesigned the Vanity Fair homepage to unify the overall brand presentation, better align content with editorial strategies, and improve the discovery experience. Increased CTR by 15%, and increased VF's overall site satisfaction score.

  • Supported Vanity Fair’s Audience Development team in numerous, key newsletter efforts including a full-scale redesign of the Levin Report which increased CTR 700+%, and launching a new Editor-in-Chief newsletter, working directly in partnership with Vanity Fair's EIC.

  • Designed and launched an oncology-specific telehealth app providing 24/7 physical and mental health care for people effected by cancer.

  • Conducted product research, testing, and evaluation to help a $6B fintech company uncover new market opportunities.

  • Provided design support across the execution phase of a mission-driven marketplace app for food delivery, valued at $3.4M.

  • Independently led frog NY's junior internship program, established framework, process, and syllabus for the 6-week course.

Led the end-to-end design process for complex interactive products, websites, and applications—from pitch, definition, and discovery, through design, development, and delivery—for mission-driven organizations across government, education, non-profit, and cultural institution sectors.

Highlights:

  • Transformed outdated websites into strategic communication tools for some of the most noteworthy non-profit organizations in the country like the Carnegie Corporation of New York, the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, Henry Luce Foundation, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and RFK Human Rights.

  • Designed NYC's first digital community service option for resolving a civil summons, in partnership with the Center for Justice Innovation. The 1 and 2-hour online courses are available in 7 languages and serve as a model for providing accessible civil alternatives in cities across the country.

  • Created a dynamic story-sharing platform for renowned arts institution RISD, used by 35k+ global alumni to connect with news, events, and fellow graduates.

  • Partnered with numerous cultural institutions like the Smithsonian, the National 9/11 Memorial & Museum, and Playwrights Horizons, to improve existing tools, amplify reach, and launch new initiatives.

  • Launched vital services and programs for NYC.gov including: WeTeachNYC, a professional development resource used by 90k+ NYC public school teachers, and WeNYC an economic development platform that has supported 20k+ women entrepreneurs across the city.

  • Comprehensive art direction for Jelly's Pool Parties, a 6-week series of free outdoor concerts, attended by over 200k music fans, each summer 2009—2010.

  • Digital, physical, and marketing production for unique-brand owned experiences for clients like Vitamin Water, Converse, and All Saints, at high-profile entertainment events including SXSW, Coachella, and WMC.

  • Art Direction and production of ground and in-store marketing efforts for the 2009 launch of Topshop's flagship retail store in NYC, their first in the US at the time.
