Hello! I’m a user research leader rooted in qualitative methods. I have focused my career on mission driven organizations including The Obama Foundation (civic engagement), Khan Academy (global education), and the US Peace Corps (international development). Outside of work, I'm interested in kids' media, a part-time photographer, and a full-time Christmas enthusiast.
