Work Experience

2023 — 2023
UI/UX Designer at Venti Technologies

Led the design of a new web-based fault diagnostic system used to troubleshoot errors in autonomous vehicles. Involved in product discovery, roadmap planning, documentation, and laying the groundwork for a future command centre.

Developed features for a touchscreen application used to remotely monitor and control autonomous vehicles. Notable features include camera feed configuration and audio alerts.

2022 — 2023
UI/UX Designer at SQL View

Developed features for a knowledge management system. Created a web-based collaborative productivity suite, designed an Outlook plug-in for email archival, and refined the search functionality.

Facilitated the product’s transition from on-prem to cloud. Constructed a new service blueprint based on user interview insights, and designed the onboarding and account management experience.

2019 — 2022
Senior Executive at Singapore Symphony Orchestra

Collaborated with ArtsVision developers to configure and develop features as part of SSO’s migration from an older orchestra management system.

Managed over 80 musicians and coordinated internal teams and venue partners for weekly concerts, remediating live event issues on-the-fly.

Senior Executive at Singapore Land Authority

Developed wireframes and conducted user interviews as part of the initiative to redesign the lease administration system.

Coordinated with government agencies to facilitate State land sales to developers, and to manage title restrictions, lease extensions, development applications and arrears.

Research Assisstant at Singapore Management University

Co-presented and copy-edited academic papers for the the 3rd International Conference on Public Policy and the Singapore Biennale Symposium.

Worked with Singapore Art Museum, Goethe-Institut Singapore and Centre 42 to plan and execute various academic events.
