• Built the features and the tools that will help Sellers to grow, build their brands, and drive more sales

• Helped shape the product vision, features backlog and roadmap.

• Designed the transfer journey for Bosta users transitioning to Sllr, facilitating a seamless and user-friendly experience. This resulted in a smooth transition for a large number of users, leading to increased online stores created and sales orders volume.

• Reported bi-weakly product pulse check report briefing to stakeholders and PMs, by watching hotjar recordings of how users interact with the product, and observing any experience issues, pain, rooms of improvements or opportunities for new features, which had a huge impact on the conversion rate and

Bosta is a leading logistics-tech company founded in Egypt with the aim to expand and empower the logistics industry in the MENA region.

• Unified the design language across the designers and engineers by introducing "The Red Box" Bosta's design system, setting a unified design framework across products. Developed guidelines and components to improve user experience and brand identity.

• Revamped UI and enhanced user-centered experience of Bosta's front facing platforms 'web dashboard and mobile applications', and applying the new design system across the pages and new features to deliver a unified cohesive user experience.

• Oversaw Bosta rebranding, by aligning with Brand Designers and marketing teams and made sure the rebranding capture the product essence, look and feel.

• Led the new design system creation process:
  - Creating a UI Inventory (Patterns/Components, Colors, Typography, Icons and illustrations)

As a Solo designer in the customer facing products at Bosta, i was responsible of designing, revamping and enhancing the Bussiness Dashboard, i work closely with the PMs, Data team, engineers and stakeholders.

• Helped big names in various industries like Paymob, Emaar, Juhyna, Pepsi, Elgouna Palm Hills and more creating user-centered design experiences through mobile applications, websites, landing pages and special edition website related to a marketing campaigns.
