Helping people who are experiencing homelessness and addiction in Denver change their lives. We meet their needs through emergency services, rehabilitation, transitional programs, and community outreach.

As the Founder and Principal Consultant of JDI Capital, I provided investment and operational consulting services to investment product managers. I worked on investment manager selection, portfolio construction, and risk management, helping clients manage an orderly wind-down process. I researched and analyzed investment opportunities and strategies, performed due diligence, and helped manage client portfolios. I contributed to the development of custom investment solutions and assisted in asset allocation decisions. My work helped reduce and manage investment risk for the firm's key partnerships.

Consultant, Operational Risk

I supported three senior partner financial advisors by managing 150 client relationships. This included handling client communication, resolving account issues, and coordinating investment account transfers and transactions. I also liaised with estate planning attorneys, CPAs, and other industry professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion of client tasks. Additionally, I prepared accurate investor statements for client meetings as well as for monthly and quarterly distribution.

As Nova's inaugural employee, I established its operational infrastructure and utilized market insights alongside problem-solving skills to guide product development and lifecycle management, staying ahead of market needs. I developed intelligent workflows using TypeScript, JSON, YAML, Git, and command line tools, modernizing operations by replacing outdated paper processes. I also spearheaded the creation of account management and offshore support teams to manage technical processes for workflows involving billions in investments. My leadership in corporate operations contributed to expanding our customer base from 5 to over 100, significantly growing the annual recurring revenue from $200k to over $1M, culminating in a successful acquisition.

As a Consultant, I provided investment operations consulting services to various clients and worked on developing, implementing, and monitoring risk mitigation strategies. I conducted investment manager research, analyzed client investment portfolios, and made recommendations for improvement. My work contributed to the growth of the firm's client base and overall performance.

Senior Consultant, Operational Due Diligence

I created a centralized relationship management function, hiring and training a dedicated team, and establishing procedures for operating hybrid products. I facilitated improved communication between clients and internal teams, which contributed to the company's growth from $8 billion to $40 billion in assets under administration. My efforts helped the company scale and achieve a successful acquisition by Polysign.

Director, Client Relationship Management

I reported to the CIO and VP of Investments, and was responsible for hedge fund and traditional investments support and coverage. My duties included conducting and presenting due diligence of existing hedge fund investments, managing an internal databank of 20 revolving prospect funds, and co-constructing and co-managing ETF basket portfolios. I successfully managed day-to-day sub-advisor communication for traditional client investments and provided analysis and support for derivatives-based portfolio hedging. Additionally, I spearheaded the firm's internship program, managing the day-to-day intern responsibilities and sourcing new interns.
