I developed intelligent workflows using TypeScript, JSON, YAML, Git, and command line tools, modernizing operations by replacing outdated paper processes. I also spearheaded the creation of account management and offshore support teams to manage technical processes for workflows involving billions in investments. My leadership in corporate operations contributed to expanding our customer base from 5 to over 100, significantly growing the annual recurring revenue from $200k to over $1M, culminating in a successful acquisition.
