Designed a product from the ground up that helps growing businesses optimize their vendor savings through negotiations and exclusive discounts. Continually made enhancements to the product by listening to customer feedback and working cross-functionally.
Reimagined our product’s broken and confusing dashboard experience to improve our customer’s overall confidence in our product offering. The solution addressed key customer pain-points around a lack of transparency and confusion around our product’s process and billing.
