Delivery Service

Context

A large publishing service decided to establish its own delivery service, leveraging its existing infrastructure, scale, and numerous pick-up points across the country. The objective was to create a new website for this delivery service while also redesigning and modernizing the outdated client portal to enhance user experience and functionality.

Challenge

While concurrently updating the design library and existing designs, we prioritized the swift implementation of new features. This approach necessitated strategic planning to ensure the product's future scalability and flexibility.

Role

Lead Product Designer

Website

To launch the new service, a website was required. I developed several concepts aligned with the new brand identity, creating designs for both desktop and mobile platforms.

The website highlights the company's unique advantages and functionalities. It features essential pages such as tariffs, an API for developers, news, an interactive map of pickup points and an advanced calculator to estimate costs.

Client cabinet

It includes a comprehensive interface to manage shipments, acts, and calculate the estimated price.

Branding materials

Among all, I worked on branding materials for the new service: created designs for an exhibition's stand, pick-up points and company transportation that were showcased publicly and enhanced brand recognition.

Results

A new service was launched in 6 months, complete with a website and branding that boosted brand recognition and enhanced user experience across all devices. The redesigned client portal optimized workflows for the users, leading to a significant reduction in support ticket volume.
