Hey, I'm Harish, a product designer inspired by people, culture, collaborative and driven teams.
In the past couple of years, I've been part of large-scale startups, small agencies, and also built 0-1 products.
When not designing, I travel and take photos.
Work Experience
Freshworks consists of a suite of products in customer support, IT, and CRM domains. Currently has about 50K customers with names like DeliveryHero, Klarna, Fiverr, and much more.
I primarily work on their IT Service Management product called Freshservice crafting IT project management experiences.
In addition to the above, I helped lead the team's design system components, workflows, and processes along with a couple of amazing people.
West Agile Labs is one of the leading development agencies based out of San Francisco, California

• Apart from design work, I was responsible for hiring design talent
In mid-2017, a team of 5 members built an e-commerce platform for traditional brick-and-mortar stores and take them online.
I was the founding designer and was responsible right from naming the product and crafting the experience for multiple platforms like Web, Android, and iOS for the consumers, merchants, and delivery partners.
Designing experiences for clients around the world! Crafted UX for brands like Hasura, JusTickets, and more!
One of the products I built and owned here got featured on Beautiful Pixels, Velum, Product Hunt, etc
