Last Mile business unit, what I do:
• Spent 40% of my time collaborating with Product, Tech & Ops team on how to optimize and think a new way on doing this logistic thing through digital product

• 30% on feeling lost together with Last-Mile Design team. We even have our own motto: #NyeburAjaDulu

• 20% on trying out new stuffs (process, methods, etc.) that often doesn't make sense, but works (even I am surprised)

• 10% joining a weekly team cadence. Be it learning & sharing, or maybe just goofing around together (they're great ngl)

Bouncing around at Payfazz's products (Neu, Cashfazz) before the company merge with Xfers, becoming Fazz right now.

Spent most of the time here on Fazz Business product, which I worked together with designer, researcher, and PM in refining Fazz business' digital product experience.

Originally titled UX Designer at the time, but decide to call myself Product Designer (cause why not?)

Play with RRGraph's cat (his name is Welly), collaborate with other designer and internal RRGraph team (Product Owner, Engineer, Marketing) to redesign RRGraph's product. Also conduct design thinking workshop on internal RRGraph team.

Learn UX mostly by reading through books and articles, but never had a chance to practice it. End up opening a services with my friends to experience how this UX thingy looks like in practice.

Overall, design B2B and B2C websites for clients (newsletter, blogs, friends products). Also conduct evaluative study such as remote usability and concept testing (if needed) for the design created.
