This short-term assignment involved traveling around Japan, helping to put less well-known locations on the map. From reporting on interesting and unique locations with minimal internet exposure, to learning to communicate across culture and language differences, the assignment was a perfect opportunity to take new information and learn to provide it in articles that were easily understood, and able to capture the interest of future travelers. During the internship, 23 articles about new destinations around Japan were added to the site.
