This short-term assignment involved traveling around Japan, helping to put less well-known locations on the map. One of the main goals was reporting on interesting and unique locations with minimal internet exposure. When it comes to the challenge, it was learning to communicate across culture and language differences. The assignment was a perfect opportunity to take new information, learn to provide it in articles that were easily understood, and able to capture the interest of future travelers.
