Since graduating in 2009 with a BA (hons) Design Studies with Fashion Promotion in the UK, I have 12 years of industry experience working as Senior Graphic Designer and Design Lead for global companies such as: Colgate-Palmolive, Microsoft, Rugby Australia, eBay.
Recently, I have been working as Design Lead at Colgate-Palmolive. I collaborated with cross-functional teams and managed the workflow of the digital creative department, mentoring and developing a talented team of graphic designers. I oversaw the implementation of innovative digital design strategies that aligned with the brand’s creative vision. My leadership ensured the team upheld high standards of excellence, met project deadlines, and enhanced the brand's identity.
I was involved in enhancing Colgate-Palmolive's primary websites and Amazon online stores through the optimisation of marketing content, informed by user research findings. My responsibilities also extended to providing coding and design support for the development of customer marketing Electronic Direct Mail (EDMs), fostering improved communication within Oral Care initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. Furthermore, I supported with motion graphics for Out Of Home digital displays in Westfield locations and other high-traffic public spaces.

In 2013, while working as a UI Designer at Microsoft, I received the "Do the Right Thing" award for my role in creating digital assets to promote the latest Surface device. Despite tight deadlines, I collaborated with the marketing team to design compelling visuals for high-traffic websites. These assets significantly boosted the brand's visibility and contributed to the successful sales of the product.

During my role as a Senior Digital Designer at eBay, I led the creation of responsive email templates for a rebranding campaign. Integrating brand guidelines, I designed visually appealing layouts optimised for various devices. Utilising both design and coding skills, I ensured seamless rendering and enhanced user experience. Collaborating cross-functionally, I delivered impactful email assets that contributed to eBay's brand engagement and success.
During my time as Senior Visual Designer at Rugby AU, I drove a complete rebranding initiative from start to finish. Working closely with stakeholders, I conceptualised the rebrand, conducted market analysis, and crafted a design strategy that captured Rugby AU's essence and appealed to diverse audiences.
I redesigned the organisation's website, focusing on intuitive interfaces and user experiences that integrated the new brand elements seamlessly. I also oversaw the rollout of the rebranded assets across various channels, including social media and print materials, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
Seeing the rebranded assets in action during major events, such as rugby matches, was particularly rewarding and underscored the success of our efforts. Overall, my time at Rugby AU provided valuable experience in leading complex rebranding projects and enhancing organisational presence across digital and physical platforms.
Working in-house for global technology brand, Microsoft with multiple stakeholders, analysts and site development teams in a varied and complex environment. Managing the local design Trello board to prioritise business objectives and oversee the execution of high quality graphic production.
Responsible for liaising with stakeholders to design rich media banners for a variety of target platforms including social media channels as well as creating and designing digital interactive infographics, ebooks, EDMs, website/UX design for A/B optimisation opportunities and print work for large corporate events including event signage, posters, leaflets and brochures.

My short-term task whilst freelancing at McCann was to lead the design process and full production of Out-of-Home (OOH) advertisements for Harvey Norman, promoting Windows 10 on HP Spectre x360. I adapted brand guidelines to create diverse artwork for busy locations like bus stops and train stations, managing tight deadlines and client feedback with patience and diligence, even with large file sizes.
Working in a small team liaising with the product and marketing managers taking both digital and print briefs right through to the delivery of projects for the worldwide home decorating market.
Responsible for the design and delivery of print brochures, colour presentation packaging, instruction manuals and design concepts as well as rich media banners for social channels and website design and development.
I was placed on a Dreamweaver course, where I learnt HTML and CSS to further my career.
