At the Bal Pop festival, a multidisciplinary participatory show combining dance, music, theater, and graphic arts, as part of the Esch 2022 European Capital of Culture, I participated in an exhibition featuring graphic artworks and prints created by myself and two colleagues. As the festival revolves around the idea of family, portraying moments from 1945 to the present, we attended dressed in traditional Romanian costumes. We also had a stand that captured the essence of Romanian life from the past, displaying various objects borrowed from the Timișoara Students' Cultural House. During the event, I performed a live drawing of scenes from rural Romania on a large paper. Additionally, I created a video montage to encapsulate the essence of the Bal Pop festival and our activities there, which can be viewed at the link below.

The project aims to generate the premises for a deeper understanding of how ecological challenges (pollution, biodiversity loss, climate change) can dramatically affect our lives. Furthermore, the exhibition seeks, on the one hand, to stimulate the creative potential of young people in the realm of ecological art and, on the other hand, to encourage the younger generation to adopt responsible behavior towards the environment. I participated in this exhibition with a work created in virtual reality. My contribution can be found in the catalog published by the National Cotroceni Museum on page 74.
