I started my professional career in advertising, as a strategist, working with consumer goods brands and retailers. In my last years in this role I was focused on improving the e-commerce grocery shopping experience. Through user research and user testing, I could identify and design solutions to address key blockers in the online shopping journey, such as usability issues and lack of product information.
