Hired to redesign the online catalog experience for the 6th largest U.S. library system serving 2.7M residents.

  • Collaborate closely with web developer to troubleshoot potential development issues, ensuring smooth implementation of designs within library constraints

  • Analyze previous UX research to identify areas of overlap and develop a targeted research plan to minimize repetition and identify critical new user needs and pain points in navigating the digital catalog

  • Led a comprehensive project discovery phase to uncover key product context, library constraints, requirements, and unmet needs
