Projects
A curated collection of icons for all creatives around the world. More than 60k icons added.
I continued to help creatives shape new ideas thru icons, so for several years my daily task was to create icons and sell them.
One of the main challenges was not drawing the icons anymore, but coming with new ideas and themes every day so the icons are not repeating. The main Bubblecons collection contains over 340 categories to choose from: Alien, Esports, Logistics, Monters, Skate, Smart Tech, Wildfires & many more.
iconPerk (Darius Dan) became recognised as Top 30 Icon Author worldwide.
Swifticons is a remarkable premium set of 2264 high quality icons, capable of covering 20 wide categories in six editable styles: outlined, filled, colored, jolly, pattern & flat.
After a one-man titan work, first product version was launched containing 1456 icons multiplied with three styles: outlined, colored, flat. Across the time, the product released new updates, adding more icons and more styles.
The icons were originally built in the new trending for Mac software called Sketch, back in 2015.
Swifticons was also first premium collection of icons created in multiple styles. This offered the possibility to use same icon in different states like: active/inactive, light bg/dark bg.
As a thriving product, Swifticons contributed with valuable content to the fresh marketplaces: Adobe Stock, Iconfinder, Flaticon.
Retinaicons is a unique 1200+ icons collection. Every icon was built for retina screens on a perfect 60px grid with 2px outline.
As co-maker of retinaicons.com I was responsible with creating content, managing files, creating new icons for regular updates. The icons were created using Photoshop and then exported in different formats like: .CSH .PNG .AI .EPS .SVG .Web Font and .Sketch later on.
The product was a quick success in the context of Apple just releasing the new style of icons, outline style, for their iOS.
