  • Partnered with editorial, content and product design teams to develop product strategies and concepts to grow the business and solve complex interactive problems.

  • Worked closely with engineering on feasibility assessments prior to development.

  • Utilized Figma for end-to-end product design, from ideation to high-fidelity prototyping.

  • Performed UX research, A/B testing and developed subscriber questionnaires 
and user diaries to generate qualitative and quantitative user data.

  • Provided VQA feedback on product builds to ensure designs were grounded 
and scalable.
    Managed design and product delivery for key projects, prioritizing functionality improvements to ensure timely launch.

  • Built design system for native apps (iOS and Android) including documentation, tokens, and component libraries to ensure scalability, consistency and efficiency between design and engineering workflows.

Key metrics for high-impact projects:

  • Puzzles & Games feature – saw an 11% gain in weekly game sessions.

  • Audio tab launch – reported a 9% increase in weekly audio sessions and 7% increase in overall app weekly active users.

  • The Daily newsletter redesign – grew the newsletter list to 2.4 million, making it the largest single newsletter at Condé Nast.
