As a UX/UI Designer on the Library Team, I contribute to the development of engaging, intuitive off-the-shelf e-learning courses for our clients and play a key role in developing new templates for our original tool, Catalyst Design. My responsibilities include:

- Designing and developing new templates for the Catalyst Design Suite.

- Collaborating with the Development Teams to understand user needs, functionality requirements, and KPIs.

- Creating components and variables in Figma to streamline design processes.

- Conducting usability tests to ensure designs meet user needs and improve the overall experience.

- Contributing to user journey development, ensuring an intuitive course flow.

- Brainstorming and ideating new visual themes to enhance content engagement and boost user retention.

- Creating high-fidelity mock-ups to guide the development process.

- Leading a team of digital designers through design reviews to maintain consistency and quality across courses.

- Partnering with the development team to introduce gamification techniques that enrich the user experience.

- Designing responsive, user-friendly interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms.

- Collaborating with the testing team to ensure accessibility is fully addressed.

- Exporting assets for seamless integration into the development phase.

- Supporting Instructional Designers, Learning Managers, Programmers, Project Managers, and Testers throughout the entire project lifecycle.

My role involved crafting contemporary and captivating printed materials, and overseeing the entire process from conceptualization to printing. I designed visually appealing layouts for a variety of items, including school diaries, calendars, and books.

I've always had a strong passion for print design and desired a project where I could unleash my creativity. With this vision in mind, I launched Hevialand Store, where I designed collections of t-shirts, mugs, eco-bags, and more, enjoying the creative freedom to bring my ideas to life.
