As an early career product designer, I get to combine my love for technology with my passion for designing and creating things. I enjoy using my creativity and problem-solving skills to create thoughtful and functional digital experiences.
I started my design studies many years ago when I did a 3-year diploma in fashion design. After that, I travelled the world and have visited at least 25 countries…
One of the most valuable skills I bring to product design comes from my background in environmental science. During my degree, I developed a strong foundation in research methodologies, data analysis, and problem-solving, which have become integral to my design process.
Most recently I ran my own business for 5 years creating online courses and a certification program helping people learn to become life coaches and hypnotherapists.
I'm currently working in customer support which has really helped me think about the product from the customer's perspective because I speak to them every day and learn how they actually use the product, which is often different to how it was designed to be used. I'm designing experiences for customers every day when I talk to them on the phone, demo the product or make a suggestion about how they can complete a task.
