The Sellapp platform, offered for iOS, Android and web, facilitates buying and selling used goods. The marketplace, which is primarily optimized for smartphones, features large photos of products for sale via an infinite scroll interface.For buyers, products are featured based on the geo-location closest to the buyer to help encourage face-to-face user interactions, but can also be filtered by category, price and distance. On the seller side, products are listed immediately by uploading a photo from a user's smartphone or computer; the platform makes it easy to sort inbound inquiries by the highest bid before contacting prospective buyers to agree upon price and meeting place.

As a goal was not easy to achieve, I had to go through the phases which would help me to shape problems, goals, and road to these goals, how we would be able to achieve them.

So, first I discussed with stakeholders key business objectives of the company, what the business wanted to achieve by redesigning the product.

Second, I went to the discovery phase, where I had interviews with current users to understand what their problems were. The next step was to figure out what use cases we were.

having through the product and managed them with a user flow, to get a big picture of what customers will go through while using the product.

After gathering all information, which we needed to move to the next step, we started creating high-fidelity wireframes which we used to create prototypes and test them with customers. After making everything clear we started Interface design and preparation for handover.

While having interviews with current users, I've highlighted the main problems, customers were having while using the product
