Project
Listenable is a podcast analytics MVP webapp for radio show hosts, DJs and podcasters so they can take insights and improve the shows they make.
Creating podcast is a complex process and there are many kinds of inputs(building blocks of a podcast) which play a huge role in determining the status of the podcast - successful or not.

Design Process

As a goal was not easy to achieve, I had to go through the phases which would help me to shape problems, goals, and road to these goals, how we would be able to achieve them.
So, first I discussed with stakeholders key business objectives of the company, what the business wanted to achieve by redesigning the product.
Second, I went to the discovery phase, where I had interviews with current users to understand what their problems were. The next step was to figure out what use cases we were.
having through the product and managed them with a user flow, to get a big picture of what customers will go through while using the product.
After gathering all information, which we needed to move to the next step, we started creating high-fidelity wireframes which we used to create prototypes and test them with customers. After making everything clear we started Interface design and preparation for handover.
Discovery

Problems Affecting Users
While having interviews with current users, I've highlighted the main problems, customers were having while using the product
One Product, Multiple Apps
The main problem for customers was that they had to go through different apps for one connected activity
Heavy Information Architect
We found that users flow was complex and needed optimisation. Costumers had to use several page and products to get data they needed.
Cognitive Overload
We found that users flow was complex and needed optimisation. Costumers had to use several page and products to get data they needed.
Analysis
User Flow
While creating the user-flows I defined the path which will be taken by customers. I tried to have a simple and clean flow, with a minimum needed information per screen, to not to avoid a cognitive overload.

Design
High-Fiderlity Wireframes
As a next step, I designed high-fidelity wireframes, to overview and test the information architect, and to validate the user flows created on a previous step.

Final
This project isn't finished yet so I can't share finished product at the moment. Down below you can find my finished works.
